Working together

No one ends homelessness alone.

We work alongside food charities, local authorities, the NHS and specialist support services so the people we house receive the right help at the right time. Strong partnerships are how we move people from crisis to stability and, ultimately, towards an independent future.

How we work together

Joining up support around each person.

Food & essentials

Through our partnership with Felix, we turn good surplus food into hot meals and emergency food boxes for our residents — alongside clothing, toiletries and other essentials for people who often arrive with very little.

Referral pathways

We accept referrals from local authorities, probation and police, drug and alcohol agencies, treatment centres, HM prisons, GP surgeries and homeless shelters, so people reach the right support before crisis point.

Specialist support

We work with specialist organisations across the Rochdale borough and beyond to support survivors of domestic abuse, people in recovery, refugees and asylum seekers, and anyone who needs a little more help to rebuild their life.

Let's work together.

If your organisation would like to refer someone, share resources or explore working together, we'd love to hear from you. Call 0800 099 6215 or email info@revivehub.co.uk.
