Holland House
Our largest project: 24-bedroom supported accommodation for single men in the heart of Rochdale, with trained staff on site around the clock and wraparound support from trusted partner agencies.
A safe base, a short walk from Rochdale town centre.
Holland House sits on Holland Street, only a five-minute walk from Rochdale town centre and right next to plenty of public transport. We provide accommodation and housing-management support to single men aged 18 and over who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with trained staff on site 24 hours a day.
Rochdale is a richly diverse town with welcoming community and faith groups — several mosques and churches within easy reach — so residents are never far from the connections and services that help them settle and move forward.

More than a roof — a place to steady yourself.
Every resident has their own room and a dedicated support worker. Together we build a plan around safety, health and the practical steps towards a home of your own.
- Your own room in a secure, staffed building
- 24-hour on-site staff, every day of the year
- A dedicated support worker and an individual support plan
- Help with benefits, budgeting and important paperwork
- Healthy meals and essentials, with food from our partners
- Support to find training, work and move-on accommodation
We don't do this alone.
Recovery is a team effort. We work hand in hand with specialist agencies so every resident gets the right support at the right time — from health and recovery to training, food and life skills.
Turning Point
Specialist drug, alcohol and mental-health recovery support — helping residents address the things that put their housing at risk and rebuild their health.
Your Trust
Health, wellbeing and training across the Rochdale borough — from fitness, swimming and sport to courses and guidance that help residents stay active, build healthy routines and grow in confidence.
Felix
Good surplus food (formerly through FareShare), supplied to Holland House under its own licence and shared directly with residents — so no one goes without a proper meal while they get back on their feet.
