Our Current Projects
We require the correct etiquette from all tenants to ensure everyone has a good experience when using our services. A list of house rules can be seen below:
- To adhere to house rules and induction agreement.
- Not smoke or use drugs or alcohol on the premises.
- Keep rooms to a clean and tidy standard.
- Attend any support sessions as arranged and keep up to date with their housing plan through the LA.
- Not allow any overnight guests, and any visitors must be pre-arranged with the staff/ manager.
- Advise the management of any periods when they are not staying at the accommodation.
- Respect the property and other people who are sharing the accommodation with them.
