Homelessness can happen to anyone. When it does, we’re here to help people bounce back.

People become homeless for lots of different reasons. There are social causes of homelessness, such as a lack of affordable housing, poverty and unemployment; and life events which push people into homelessness.
Approximately 3,040 households, making up 55.7% of the homeless population in the North West are categorised as single and homeless. (2024)
In the North West, 41% of households facing homelessness are a result of private tenancy not supporting them anymore. (2024)

Our Current Projects
Referral Process
Revive Hub accepts referrals from residential treatment centers, the police, probation services, drug and alcohol agencies, HM prisons, homeless shelters, GP surgeries, and self-referrals.
Entry requirements are that applicants are committed to working towards an abstinent lifestyle.
Our comprehensive mental health, addiction recovery, health and wellness, and employment services help our clients regain stability for long-term success.
We have a wide variety of personalized services, including case management, employment assistance, and health and wellness education.
